All workers wear protective plastic gloves, booties and aprons and caps and also go thru a regimented process of cleaning hands and feet before they start work. Production is done under various stages of inspection, from purchasing, preparing, storing, processing, prepackaging and post packaging.

Records are maintained to ensure correct ingredients and quantities are used to provide standardization of the final product.

Wherever possible mechanical and electronic devises are used.
